The expression Kade made when he got slapped might be one of my favorite panels of all time from this comic. Side note: I wonder if this situation means that the normal timeline now has a Kade wondering what happened to 23 years of live-action Mario content?
I’m sure that he’d want a reward if he remembers-he’d put his heart out for such effort. That’s how dogs are, especially AusSheps as it’s natural they aim to please! (Yes, remember the deal, so then Harvey would own Kade, in a sense…)

Harvey. Buddy. You’re gonna have to do more than that to make Kade pay attention. He’s oblivious by default, and stubborn.

I love that panel with Kade being slapped, something about the surprise on his face from being slapped by Harvey is just amusing.
