Why do I feel like Harvey is out of character here?
Well Harvey did get “strangled” in a way by Kade when he broke his Switch, so I assume he’s afraid Kade is going to get mad again.
I think he’s almost completely in character with his words. His contrite attitude about it may make it feel a mite out-of-character though. Don’t often see -that- from Harvey! 🙂

Well given the last time Harvey broke something Kade cared about, Harvey is kinda justified in avoiding Kade’s wrath again, especially since this time, the item in question is for Riley, not Kade
You know, I now realise I am very dumb, but for some reason my brain never registered the fact that Kade still wears his colored contact. For some reason I thought he’d been going all heterochromia this whole time and did not notice that he hadn’t for literaly half a decade.
Has Riley seen him without his contact?
i just realized that every time Kade’s talked to harvey since its introduction he’s probably had to guess where harvey is based on its voice, which i find hilarious. or maybe he got a different contact that still lets him see harvey? we know he has different kinds
I’m pretty sure that was something to do with that particular lens being cursed. I did glow red just before he removed it in the comic where he removed it and saw Harvey for the first time, which was right before the adventure of the cursed R.O.B.

I like that Harvey still refers to Kade, Nicole, and Rick as “The blue one, The red one, and The green one,” almost like stray dogs he doesn’t know; but refers to the parents as “Mom” and “Dad”. (I forgot what he calls Riley.) 🙂
