They WANT to go outside, and mom tried to stop them? This doesn’t fit with previously seen attempts to force them to put down the games and go play outside, which they turn into game character snowmen.
On panel 1 I thought this was going to be their “start of darkness” with, “no it’s too cold, here, why don’t you play with this game I got you instead” [later] “what did I introduce them to…”.
Hmmm……NOW I see where Nicole gets her personality from, that’s hilarious.
Also, am I the only one who’d like to see a flashback from when one or both of the parents were pups?
Infrared is reflected by window glass. You would have to open the window first. Unless it is in Hollywood, in which case infrared devices can detectt through anything.

How have I been following this comic since 2014 and never really noticed Kade’s heterochromia? I feel a bit dumb for that one.

I mean, once it gets cold enough you don’t want kids going out to play. Regardless if you let them before when it wasn’t as cold.
