It’s true, I suffered blisters from doing it as a kid, not on Mario Party but International Summer Games 96.

Me and my sister are both still like this. Competitive over the smallest things, refusing to let the other win.
I remember the exact game that did this. I used to not like getting that game because of that
God i remember my palms in pain after tug of war in the original. I will never forget that. Ahh good times.
This is why I used the ball of my hand rather than the palm, alot tougher and less likely to blister.
