What makes a battery operated set of sparkly lights stuck in a snowball dangerous? Isn’t snow soft? And batteries are hardly going to make it a problem.
While I won’t pretend to be an expert on snow, that appears to be several gallons worth of frozen water. Aka really heavy. And while the lights and batteries might not be a problem, they might but might not, they happen to be connected by wires which might tangle around the victim’s body.
I’ll leave it to you to decide if that’s a dangerous combo or not.
