Second. The fact that Kade can male those with a pair of pliers and his bare paws is very impressive.
Hmmm… I have seen Nicole be a bit confrontational, might be from her mom.
And who knows, mom might have been one mean biker gal on a harley before family and kids. Or possibly kids and then family.

I really love the artstyle. The way Tim captures the expressions of the characters in each window is both spot on and also very adorable.
Also, a Christmas flashback story sounds like a fun idea. ^^
hey tim, just got the book in today. finally i can have piece of history. and the picture of nicole wearing a link outfit was even better! seeing as this is volume 1 , do you have plans to release a 2nd 3rd etc volume book? either way thanks for the book . i love every single page of it .

You don’t have to make caltrops out of nails, Kade. Just take a few d4s and sharpen the points.

Yes I can attest from experience that Lego bricks make excellent caltrops for slowing bare footed trespassers down.

I always really like Mom’s little flashbacks. 🙂 Her version is always (at least) a little ‘sweeter’ memory than Kade and Nicole’s. 😉
