Oh, really-I guess we see that Riley has a single parent or they are divorced. (A mother OR father at the house as she says “Parent’s” and not “Parents'”.) When can we get to see him/er?
I call my the house my parents live in my mothers house, too, but Excelsior is referring to the apostrophe: Parents = 2 parental units, Parent’s = 1 parental unit living there.
Or possibly it’s an apostrophic mistake, as pointed out by Alex.
Apparently that phrase in somali translates to “and he shall be put to death” which make it kinda creepy for a furby to say in the middle of the night.
Had a friend who heard a sound in her closet and discovered it was a furby that hadn’t seen the light of day in almost ten years. She’d forgotten it was still there and was surprised the batteries were still in it.

Wonder if Riley has ever seen a long Furby. I’m sure she would be terrified to have one of those in her room in the middle of the night.
I want one of those at some point, it’s like nightmare fuel but it also seems really cool.
I stumbled across those while drawing this comic. Someone needs to install an animatronic skeleton in one so they can move.
