Not kidding. There’s a basement in Germany they finally sealed in concrete due to rumors of **** experiments that may have left a demonic presence there. Today, there’s something like a hotel in the building above, and it’s something of a tourist attraction.
So, it’s not like Ness’ suggestion wouldn’t work. =P

Well as long as nothing has ANY power. Including residual, no batteries etc.
You could wash it in holy water. Then make sure it’s completely dried and then clean off any mineral deposits left.
We soak Ness in holy water first to see what effect it has on other demonic-like entities, then we do it to the arcade.
I mean… at least Ness is being *reasonable* here.

Holy water is a humidifier on the highest setting! Better than flooding the basement but gives the same effect!
Ness should just get a proton pack and blow up the darn thing.
