Probably not a good idea to upset an assassin.
YAY! Is that Mae in the first panel!? Wooo! Love NITW
Oh Harvey, you cheeky f****r.
So we know why Nintendo Classics were “sold out”.
Nice NITW reference with Bae and Mae!
Mae is that you? Nah
…I don’t get the references the others are pointing out.
Harvey, we already pegged you as an adorable/borderline evil entity, but this is just going much too far.
Also, that nose boop is adorable.
Agreed on all three accounts. Also am I the only one who thinks it was actually inconsiderate of Kade to ask Rick, a cold-blooded species, to stand beside him in that weather?
Huh, didn’t think of that. But considering that it’s Kade we’re talking about, he’s probably oblivious because of his excitement.
Mae is the black cat main character of a very popular game that came out pretty recently. Night in the Woods.
Odd that I’ve never heard of this game before, I guess I’ve been too blinded by the Switch to bother keeping up with all the rest.
Looks neat though.
I don’t know why they don’t just wait in line normall- WHERES THE FUN IN THAT?
This really only works for D&D but anytime I have a stealth character like a thief or assassin I always make sure they are perceptive against liars.
It all depends on the character concept.
Stealthy then you max out your hide and pump it up with feats and skills and magic items till you can hide in plain sight.
Lookout then you max out your notice and sense motive skills and add what you can to cover all the bases.
Face type you max out Diplomacy with Bluff and add sense motive for synergy
But again, I don’t know what am I doing wrong to comment well xD
Just to be sure, but comments of medium-long longevity are reserved only for the ones that have a gravatar?
Sometimes my comments will not post here even though I have Gravatar, so I don’t think that matters. I just refresh the page and try again and it usually works.
Oh okey, thank you!
Yeah it is usually due to either congestion between here and there due to a DOS somewhere or the server having a larger load than expected and hiccuping.
I see Ol’ Mea “Nightmare eyes” Borowsky
Plastic can still hurt ya silly pup.
**** yea love that mea cameo ^^ i love night in the woods :3
Plot twist: given the Circle of Life program in effect, the clerk was going to pretend he was out of Switches anyway.
Oh I can’t wait to see Kade’s reaction if the shop plays along on Harvey’s plan. ^^)
oh? have they spent a night in jail before?
I don’t see how intriguing those Switches are. Hopefully it’ll pull Nintendo out of the dirt somehow!
Shop clerk: Sorry Sir, we’re out of Switches.
*Gilligan Cut to Kade in a Kennel/Pound cell*
Oh god, the Switch comes out tomorrow, doesn’t it? Hard to believe the day is finally here, it’s been so long since we’ve heard about the NX, all of those rumored controllers and functions, and everything else. The day that many never thought would be here has come. This is great.
I love what Harvey is doing here, it would be a great reaction on Kade’s part. He may even pull his blades on the sales person (and also get arrested).
Yeah, fairly certain this is leaning more toward Riley and Rick than Riley and Kade.
I think a good alternative joke for the comic would be
Kade: Why did you leave your broad sword at home?
Nicole: Because I’m a melee fight specialized in unarmed combat. Would you like me to demonstrate on you?
Well, guess I’ll get BotW for Wii U, no point of getting the Switch just for ONE game.
honestly I got the Wii U for one game, Monster hunter 3 ultimate, and I put 300+ hours into it. Of course I later got more games as well but at first thats all I got.
I got lucky and stayed since midnight to get one of those puppies
Ha! I just saw actual metal assassin blades like that at a truckstop. They go for $129.99 for just one.
Oh hai Mae, hai Bae. Fancy seeing you two here
Yeah, Captain N and Regular Show references! Hurrah!
