Harvey and Ness are doing pretty good at being accidental ninjas.
I’m glad to see I am not the only one not to remember a conversation when I am playing a game.
Kade is too busy to notice anything, the house could be on fire and he wouldn’t lift his muzzle out of his game.
Also for him, those two are normal, as are their anticks.
Riley and Kade are perfect for each other, heh.
I also tend to block things out when playing games.
… am i the only one that can be oddly hyper-aware when i’m playing video games?
btw, accidental ninjas are the best ninjas
Wait I don’t get it how can Riley hear Harvey. And I miss that Riley isn’t more curios since she dosen’t seems like she’s buying it Kade’s explanation that it’s Rick
Well, as I’ve seen, everyone can hear Harvey just fine. Even the computer picks up his voice when he makes videos (and speaking of, I’m looking forward to Harviplier and Nessepticeye being a thing)
Is it possible that Harvey talking in Rick’s voice? Although Kade isn’t looking at Harvey which Kade thinks Harvey as Rick comes in.
The speech bubble is Harvey’s usual, filled grey, I don’t know if that means anything here. But in every comic I know with bubbles of different color and text font, that usually represents different voices and tones.
That’s true, but it’s just my thought of why Kade called Harvey as Rick by mistakes.
I like how Ness could
- make a sound other than “squeak” for a change
- learn to sneak despite his bell, like a cat (iirc bells were added to cats’ collars to prevent them killing birds in the city, but became moot when those cats just learned to keep their necks more stable while hunting)
What? This is one of those scenarios that only makes sense in comics, because there’s no way Harvey sound like Rick and no one has ever brought it up before.
That and Kade is so absorbed in the game he’s kinda dead to the outside world
I love Riley’s on 4th panel <3
I am starting to wonder that the reason nobody else has noticed much supernatural activity in this world is because they are all so oblivious.
“Hey! No dawgs onna couch!”
So many interesting points…
Panel 1: Harvey cares about Riley & Kade almost as much as they notice him. “Hey, Kade. Hey other red dog I didn’t bother learning the name of.” And, apparently Harvey is a Southerner!
Panel 4: Harvey giving actually useful advice to the “other red dog” and Riley’s casual acceptance of it, while still not noticing Harvey’s …’species’(?).
Panel 5: Ness! (I still like how much conversation Ness can get into a simple giggle or “Squeak!”.)
Panel 6: Riley & Kade; totally different conversations, but they fit together perfectly.
Looking good Kade, just a yawn and a stretch and you’re there!
For that, he would have to let go of his 3DS with one hand. So, that will not happen.
